Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same product that you see in the picture on our website. We take great care to ensure that the pictures we display are accurate and representative of the actual products. However, please note that there may be slight variations in color or texture due to different lighting conditions, camera settings, or screen resolutions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy our products.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt on the my account page of our website. To access the my account page, you need to log in with your email and password. Once you are logged in, you can click on the my orders tab and select the order you want to view. You will see a link to download your sales receipt as a PDF file. You can also print or save the receipt for your records.

How can I return an item?

If you want to return an item, you need to follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team by email at support@chaku.co.in or by phone at +91-6282919858 within 10 days of receiving the item. Please provide your order number, the name of the item, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and send you a confirmation email with a return authorization number and a shipping address.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the confirmation email with the return authorization number. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return.
  • Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt for your records.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method that you used to place the order. We will notify you by email when your refund is processed.
  • Please note that we only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. We do not accept returns for items that are customized, personalized, or engraved. We also do not accept returns for items that are on sale or clearance. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team. We are happy to assist you.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We try our best to restock items that are indicated as “out of stock” on our website. However, some items may be discontinued due to the launch of new products. If you are interested in a specific item that is out of stock, you can sign up for an email notification on the product page. We will send you an email when the item is back in stock.
